Return Policy

 

We will exchange, refund, or credit a return as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was received.

Requirements for all returns

You must have all the paperwork (manuals, set up documents, and warranty cards), and it must be in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Hazardous Material

Any equipment that is returned within the 30 day return policy, must be free of foreign debris. Any exception will be considered hazardous and returned to the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received Dead on Arrival (DOA), defective, or “not as described”.

Restocking fees (up to 20%) may be charged by some of our manufacturers when returning a non-defective item. The fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

Email office@certify911.com to get a return authorization and return address before returning the item. If a return is sent without a return authorization number, it may be refused.
